Piano Craft Recital
Join Jim DemlerMeredith Wohlgemuth, and Pierre-Nicolas Colombat for a diverse performance of art song from the late 19th/early 20th century. The performance will take place on Saturday February 5 at 7 pm (tickets can be purchased here).
Having just come off performances in Carnegie's Zankel and Weill Recital Halls, as well as the Resnick Wing in Renée Fleming's Song Studio, the Wohlgemuth/Colombat duo is excited to bring their collaboration to other cities. The program in Boston will feature Webern, Schoenberg, Debussy and others. Jim Demler, Boston University Professor, joins the bill in a performance as the narrator in the seldom heard Ruth Crawford Seeger work "The Ballad of Tom Thumb."
