Public and Private Events
We host events open to the public that are free or have a suggested donation. We book private events for showers, parties, fundraisers, and other events closed to the general public.
Rates
We offer competitive rates, which are based on the event type, size, and time length of the event.
We start at $250 for a four-hour event (this timeframe includes setup/cleanup time). The price we quote for your event will take into account the number of people, type of event, and how long you will actually be using the gallery space.
We do offer a suite of full service packages including but not limited to set-up, cleanup, event coordination, etc. Please inquire with the event coordinator for any special requests.

Tell us about your event and we'll get back to you to confirm availability and pricing. Email us at artpcgboston@gmail.com with EVENTS in the subject line. Include the following information:
- Type of event
- Free or suggested donation
- Live music
- Number of attendees
- Dates/times of event
- Hours needed before and after event for set up and breakdown
- Tables/chairs needed (we have three 6' tables, 40 chairs, and various pedestals)
- Number of tables/chairs that you will rent
- Will there be food?
- Will there be alcohol?
- Full name
- Company (if applicable)
- Phone number

In general, we do not book events out much further than three (3) months in advance. We must be very sure that the event is appropriate for the art on display and that gallery personnel are available to assist with the event.
