We host both public and private events. If you are interested in holding a public community event or reserving the gallery for your private event, please reach out.

 
  • Are you interested in hosting a private event for a closed group: birthday party, holiday party, wedding/baby shower, etc… in a unique space surrounded by contemporary art? Reach out and see if our space is a good fit.

  • Putting on a ticketed event open to members of the public? Musical performance, poetry reading, open mic night, etc… Let us know if you are interested in renting out the gallery for your event.

  • Are you interested in putting on a free to the public community event to promote the accessibility of the arts to members of the community? Workshops, classes, lectures…. Reach out to us and let us know how we can partner to provide space and give platform to you or your non-profit group.

 

Rates

We offer affordable rates, which are based on the event type, size, and time length of the event.

We start at $100/hour for all events (this rate includes setup/cleanup time). The price we quote for your event will take into account the number of people, type of event, and how long you will actually be using the gallery space.

*We do offer some services for an additional cost, including but not limited to: set-up, cleanup, event coordination, etc. Please inquire with the event coordinator for any special requests.

  • We are primarily an art gallery, and we do not rent out the space for events during any of our open gallery hours, which exist to provide free public access to the arts. Our open Gallery Hours are: Fridays 6pm - 8pm, and Saturdays & Sundays noon - 5pm. Additionally, the gallery is closed for one week each month for exhibit turnover, and we do. not book events while shows are being installed. If you have a question about date availability, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • As an Art Gallery, we do not have rental equipment or in-house catering available. Events clients are welcome to supply their own food or with a vendor of their choice (subject to approval). The gallery has a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a microwave, the gallery has a small collection of glassware and serving platters that are available for use by events clients (events clients are responsible for the cleaning of any serving platters or glassware used, events clients may choose to add an additional cleaning service to their events rentals).

  • To officially book an event, we require a signed contract, a rental fee, and a refundable security deposit of $250.
